ABOUT ME!

I'm Sebastian Meeson, better known as Baz, and I am a DVSA Approved Driving Instructor, working with RED Driving School

I operate in the North Devon area, covering Barnstaple Driving Test Centre primarily.

I have a patient attitude, and will always work to keep everyone safe during our lessons, while providing a safe and comfortable environment in the car.

I come from a farming family, and am based in Woolsery. Some may have dealt with me before in my computer repair, or DJing businesses.

I have had roles within Young Farmers also, which has given me great skills with people, which is vital for working out on the road 1-1 with customers.

I offer friendly client centred lessons all across North Devon, and my customers get free theory materials, to help them on their way to that all important full license.

The Car

I currently am teaching in a clean and modern Manual VW Polo, fitted with Dual Controls (for our safety), which I will only use when needed. This car offers many great features for novice drivers, and is exceptionally easy to manouvre, and drive overall. I'm sure you'll love it!

With it's 1.0L TSI engine it gives a true representation of the engines students may find in the first cars, but with the help of the turbo to make it a very easy and pleasurable car to drive. As well as having a simple 5 speed manual gearbox, it also features a manual handbrake, which is another item that alligns with the cars students are likely to purchase after passing their driving tests, despite it being a reasonably new car.

Throughout your driving jeorney I aim to put you at ease, and will use various teaching styles and resources to help you develop best. This can indclude a blended learning style that allows you to study inbetween lessons leading to faster development in the car, and money saved for you.
